Romee Strijd's 5 favorite exercises for training

Saving motion from the program developed by the coach and former football player Joe Holder, shows the top model and  Victoria's Secret angel Romee Strijd . These five simple exercises will help to quickly burn all unnecessary calories and restore the beautiful terrain.


LUNGES


The starting point is the legs on the width of the shoulders and the dumbbell in the right hand. Lunge, right leg in front. Then raise your hand with the weight forward and up above your head. Simultaneously with this action, move the left leg forward with the knee bent. Make three sets of 8 repetitions on each side.

Squats with a turn

Legs shoulder width apart, feet slightly turned away from themselves, dumbbell in right hand. Fall down into the squat, keeping a flat back, then go back to the starting position and turn to the left side, lifting the dumbbell above your head. Repeat thrice times 10 times on each side.

Side Plank

Stand in the side plank on the right, the left arm bend at the elbow. Tilt the hips, not touching the floor, and return to the starting position. Then bend the left leg in the knee. Repeat three times for 10 approaches to each side.

"Spider" with lunge

Make a tilt and put your hands on the floor. Then go forward with the tassels to the position of the plank. Bend your right foot in the knee and move the foot to your arms. Raise your right hand up and make a U-turn. Then return to the starting position, repeating the "spider". Do twice 10 times on each side.

Bends in the knee with jumps

Stand in the plank, then alternately pull your legs to your elbows  if trying to run lying down. After 10 seconds, make a jump to the left and to the right side. Return to the starting position, repeat three times.
